Child Safety Standards Policy

1. Zero Tolerance Policy

Cars and Mates has a strict zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to providing a safe environment and strictly prohibit any content that depicts, encourages, or promotes the sexual exploitation or abuse of children.

2. Content Moderation and Removal

We actively monitor our platform to prevent the sharing of illegal and harmful material. If any user is found to be uploading, sharing, or promoting CSAM/CSAE, their account will be immediately and permanently banned without prior notice. All associated content will be removed from our platform and preserved as required for law enforcement purposes.

3. Reporting to Law Enforcement

Cars and Mates fully complies with all applicable laws regarding child protection. We will immediately report any instances of CSAM/CSAE discovered on our platform to the relevant legal authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other appropriate international or local law enforcement agencies. We will cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.

4. User Reporting Mechanism

We encourage our community to help us keep the platform safe. If you encounter any content or behavior that you suspect involves the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child, please report it immediately using the in-app reporting tools or by contacting us directly.
