Account Deletion Instructions

We are sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your Cars and Mates account and all associated data, you can do so easily through our mobile application or by contacting our support team.

Option 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

The fastest and easiest way to delete your account is directly within the Cars and Mates app:

1. Open the Cars and Mates application on your device.
2. Select the Profile icon from the bottom navigation bar.
3. Tap on the Settings button (gear icon).
4. Scroll down and select the Delete Account option.
5. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your action. Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

Option 2: Email Request

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by sending us an email:

• Send an email to: carsandmatesapp@gmail.com
• Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
• Please ensure you send the email from the address associated with your Cars and Mates account so we can verify your identity.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

Upon account deletion, all your personal information, registered vehicles, trip histories, and social content (posts, comments, likes) will be permanently and irreversibly removed from our active databases within 30 days.
