If you create an account in the app, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with it. Our application provides community forums and social features where users can generate and share content. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You agree not to post, upload, or transmit any content that:
Users can report inappropriate content or block abusive users directly within the app. Our moderation team reviews reports within 24 hours. Any user found violating these rules will have their content removed immediately and their account permanently suspended. There is no tolerance for objectionable content.
The fuel cost and CO2 emission calculations provided by the application are estimates based on standard WLTP metrics and provided fuel prices. They are meant for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of these estimates in real-world driving conditions.
We may terminate your access to the app, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. All provisions of this Agreement that, by their nature, should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
